Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we do not offer a full refund or exchange.

  1. To be eligible for a return with a replacement on an accessory item – the item is subject to the terms of the warranty accompanying the item. If the item in question falls outside the warranty period, a refund or replacement will not be offered.  
  2. To be eligible for a return with partial or full refund on an oil product , your item must be unopened and accordingly unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Your return product must bear the batch number on our records.  We do not accept a return because once opened you did not like the aroma.
  3. All returns require evidence of a tracking number with your chosen shipper handler.
  4. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as magazines, books, oil products that have been unpackaged or opened. These cannot be returned. We also do not accept diffusers or burners that have been used., unless they are returned for and within defined terms of warranty. .
  5. Additional non-returnable items: (.) Gift cards and (.) Downloadable  products 
  6. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

      • Book with obvious signs of use

      • CD that has been opened.

      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

      • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

    Refunds

    1. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with the order date.  Do not just send the item without first completing the request below.
    2. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer – they will not assist you..
    3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    4. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receipt.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received your approved refund, check your account again, some merchants can take longer than others.

    You can contact your credit card provider or  bank to ascertain payment reverse processing times.

    If you’ve taken these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us by email with your order number and freight details.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless it is a item being returned under a warranty.

    Exchanges

    We will replace or exchange an item if:

    • the item is accepted under a warranty claim 
    • if the item was defective or damaged.

     

    Shipping returns

    To return your product, please complete the return request below.  This way we can assist you and advise your best course of action. 

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    All returnd items will require a trackable shipping service.  We cannot offer a return service if we have not received the goods.
